In this managerial role, you will leverage over 5 years of corporate insolvency experience, working closely with lenders and debtors. Your responsibilities will include proposing strategic solutions, performing data analysis, and administering formal insolvency processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead corporate insolvency service proposals and planning
• Analyze data and review accounting records thoroughly
• Facilitate formal restructurings and insolvency appointments




• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and legal professionals
• Ensure compliance with statutory documentation requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) certification
• 5+ years of insolvency experience
• Proficient in English and French, written and spoken
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation considered an asset
