and work requirements to determine appropriate materials and installation methods.Complete installations in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code, project specifications, and Shermco safety and quality standards.Maintain accurate construction, maintenance, inspection, and quality documentation.Mentor and coach apprentices and other team members to support safe, efficient, and high-quality work.Participate in field audits, inspections, proactive safety reporting, and leading-indicator activities.Perform all duties to the standard expected of a qualified Journeyperson Electrician.Comply with Shermco's alcohol and drug policy and all project-specific safety requirements.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsRed Seal endorsement or recognized Interprovincial Journeyperson Electrician certificationTwo to five years of utility or industrial electrical experience is preferredExperience operating equipment such as skid steers, telehandlers, and aerial work platforms is an assetStrong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practicesAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingValid driver's licence and acceptable driver's abstractAbility and willingness to travel to the Saskatchewan project site and work assigned rotational schedulesAbility to work extended shifts and meet the physical requirements of field-based electrical workEqual Prospect and AccommodationShermco Canada is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and maintaining an inclusive workplace.
