While our Head Office is located in Oakville, project sites are located throughout Ontario, with potential projects across Eastern Canada. This role requires flexibility to travel and work at various project locations based on business needs.What will you doOversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication with the Project ManagerReview and interpret architectural, mechanical, and structural drawingsMonitor scope, schedule, and performance of all trades to ensure client expectations are metEnforce site safety protocols and Ministry of Labour regulationsMaintain worksite cleanliness and organizationPerform hands‑on work when needed (demolition, carpentry, general construction support)Anticipate issues, problem‑solve proactively, and report progress to Senior ManagementBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and tradesWhat you need to succeed3–5 years of on‑site construction supervision experiencePost‑secondary education in Construction Management, Architectural Science, or Engineering is preferredExperience in commercial or interior fit‑out projectsProficient in reading blueprints, drawings,
