Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and support the Occupational Health and Safety team • Oversee employee health services and immunization programs • Implement workplace safety prevention and assessment initiatives • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Monitor and report on occupational health and safety trends

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in health and safety • Expertise in WSIB claims management • Knowledge of healthcare-specific workplace risks • Robust leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
