Main Responsabilities Core Accounting Operations Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assist with entering biweekly payroll information, validating hours and managing exceptions Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Resolve discrepancies and respond to internal and external inquiries related to payments and billing Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align financial information with business needs Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency Support the implementation of new tools or systems when required General Ledger & Reconciliations Maintain accurate general ledger entries Perform monthly reconciliations for
