We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain Transformation team to lead transformation and advisory programs aimed at redesigning supply chain planning processes, operating models, and technology capabilities. The selected candidate will primarily support clients in the life sciences, consumer products, wholesale, and food and beverage sectors . This client-facing role requires extensive experience in process reengineering , target operating model design, and the implementation of advanced planning solutions such as SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), BY (Blue Yonder), o9 Solutions, Relex, Kinaxis, and other advanced planning solutions . Knowledge of automation, analytics,



and basic artificial intelligence principles would be a significant asset. What you will do As part of the Supply Chain Transformation team, you will be called upon to: Lead projects and programs addressing complex workstreams related to supply chain planning transformation, from initial diagnostic, potentially through deployment and stabilization of current capabilities. Advise senior client executives on planning challenges, transformation priorities, governance models, and performance improvement opportunities. Lead end-to-end reengineering of supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, inventory, replenishment, production, distribution, scheduling, and the S&OP process. Assess current processes, technologies, data, organizational structures, and governance models to identify gaps, constraints, and root causes of performance issues.
