The Health Care Aide will assist the Pharmacy by doing daily deliveries of prescriptions and providing medication assistance, emotional support, and compassion.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of medication : Taking daily medication to the homes of our patientsClinical Support: Prompt and observe of insulin dosingMedication Assistance: Assisting with self-administered medication or providing reminders.Environmental Maintenance: Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy patient rooms.Reporting: Reporting changes in patient condition, and behaviorDocumentation : Documenting visit details using apps on the company phoneRequired Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A recognized Health Care Aide Certificate,



or enrollment in a nursing program with practical experience.Certification: Registration with relevant provincial bodies (e.G., CLHA in Alberta). Must be able to submit a letter of good standingFlexible schedule : 6 am -1pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and flexibility to work weekendsSoft Skills: Robust communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a team.Drivers License : Must have valid driver's license and clean drivers abstractCriminal Record Check : less than 3 years oldCommon Work SettingsHome care environmentsCompensation : $ 27.00 - $28.00 per hour
