Recently separated from Owens Corning, the business now operates independently under the Praana ownership model, continuing a strong legacy of innovation, manufacturing excellence, and customer partnership.Purpose of the RoleAs a member of the Global Hotend Team in the Technology and Capital Delivery Org, the North America Regional Hot End Leader role is the technical champion for OCF regional, the minerals, melting, analytic labs, ensuring a quality glass is being manufactured in stable operations to meet or exceed our customer expectations and sustainability strategy (energy, environment and recycle). The Regional Hotend Leader establishes and maintains accurate process standards for minerals and melting to safely, accurately, and efficiently produces glass and products that consistently meet codes, specifications, and customer requirements in the competitive cost platform under supervision of Global Hotend Leader guidance.Job ResponsibilitiesLead for Safety ExcellenceEnsure a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment and building a safety culture of zero defects at regional plant visitEnsure that all control plans, work instructions,
