Kichton Construction LP in Fort McMurray, AB, is seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor to lead heavy equipment technicians across AB oilsands sites such as Fort Hills and Syncrude MLX. Travel to mine sites is required; 12-hour shifts with 14 on/7 off, on-site camp or LOA options. A Journeyperson HET certificate and 10+ years of mining equipment experience are preferred. The role emphasizes mentorship, training, and hands-on supervision of mechanics and apprentices, with a focus on safety
