In this hands-on role, you will work alongside the Team Leader, using pre-engineered drawings to assemble roof and floor trusses. Ideal candidates should be physically capable, enjoy crafting high-quality products, and demonstrate a positive attitude. While prior experience is beneficial, we are eager to train motivated individuals willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up the workstation with guidance from the Team Leader
• Assemble trusses aligning with company procedures and instructions




• Regularly inspect materials and report any issues immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift
• Safely operate tools and machinery as required
Requirements:
• Previous truss-building experience is preferred
• Ability to accurately use a hammer and tape measure
• Understand and read work orders effectively
• Robust communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety
