Within the Enterprise Solutions department, the SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst works closely with HR teams, key users, and technology teams to enhance and maintain the HR solutions under their responsibility.The incumbent combines a robust understanding of HR processes with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. They analyze business requirements, participate in solution design, perform functional configurations, execute required testing, and provide Level 2 functional support.They contribute to projects, enhancement requests, and continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of the manager responsible for HR solutions. The role requires an intermediate level of autonomy and does not include responsibilities related to people management, solution architecture, or technical system administration. What you will do
- Develop a strong understanding of HR processes and act as a trusted partner to HR teams and key users.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements,



translating them into clear and effective functional specifications.
- Facilitate or participate in workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Configure and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors modules under your responsibility while following established standards and best practices.
- Perform functional impact analyses and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
- Maintain thorough functional documentation to ensure traceability of requirements, configurations, and decisions.
- Prepare and execute functional testing, document results, and follow up on issues through resolution.
- Support key users during user acceptance testing and ensure delivered solutions meet approved requirements.
- Participate in deployments, validation activities, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
- Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and reference materials.
- Contribute to user training and knowledge
