Key Responsibilities:



• Manage daily delivery of Special Inspections and Field Evaluations • Schedule assignments and control service delivery outputs • Allocate resources and monitor employee productivity • Guide training and career development for staff • Conduct quality checks and resolve operational deficiencies

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5-7 years' experience • 3-5 years of experience in Special Inspections/USFE • 1-3 years in a managerial role • Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and testing • Robust communication and conflict resolution skills
