and provide an exceptional customer experienceWhat you Bring:3 years minimum management experience in the retail food industryA history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environmentProven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn recent computer programsExceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsEffective critical thinking and conflict resolution skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbsMust be able to relocate to rural Alberta within 1-2 yearsMost importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.#FBOPS
