This position requires strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners. You will implement community programs, facilitate consultations, and enhance participation to address health equity and well-being.



Regular community engagement and occasional evening work are intrinsic to the role.Key Responsibilities:Implement community engagement activities following RPCHC's frameworkBuild relationships with diverse community groups and leadersConduct outreach to increase awareness of servicesPlan and facilitate community consultations and workshopsRepresent RPCHC at community events and initiativesRequirements:Post-secondary education in community development or related fieldAt least three years of community engagement experienceStrong facilitation and organizational skillsKnowledge of trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approachesExperience with volunteer coordination is an assetSupport community voice and health equity as a Community Engagement Worker in Toronto.
