Greystar is seeking a Development Summer Analyst in Vancouver to support the development team through market research, pro forma modeling, and deal execution across development opportunities. The role offers exposure to the full lifecycle from site evaluation to underwriting and project delivery.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, preparing financial packages, memos, and presentations while contributing to due diligence efforts and maintaining development trackers.
