St. Michael’s Health Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Dementia Care program. The LPN will support holistic, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating activities to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires an active LPN registration, completion of a practical nursing program, and at least one year of dementia/geriatric care experience, with opportunities for mentorship and skilled growth.
