Maximus Canada is seeking a Service BC Help Desk Customer Service Agent to answer inquiries from the public and Government Agents about BCeID, BC Services Cards, PayBC, and more. This in office role in Victoria supports the Government of British Columbia and uses a suite of applications to log tickets and resolve Tier 1 requests.

You will learn multiple systems, aim for first-call resolution, and maintain privacy and security of information in line with FOIPPA.
