Join our team at the 150,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operational around the clock. The Commodity Inventory Controller inspects outbound products for quality, addressing any defects by returning items to production or inventory. This role requires flexibility for both day and afternoon shifts on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute quality inspections on outbound products
• Document issues found and report them to supervisors
• Address defects by adjusting product inventories
• Evaluate pallets for compliance with Mastronardi Specifications
• Engage in prompt stacking and rebuilding of pallets
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with produce preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
