This role translates maintenance programs, reliability data, fleet plans, and repair cycle performance into disciplined stocking and provisioning strategies that balance aircraft availability, capital investment, and risk.The Materials Analyst-Technical operates at the intersection of Technical Operations and Supply Chain,



combining technical knowledge of aircraft components and manufacturer documentation with inventory planning discipline to keep high-value, high-risk components in the right place at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesRotable Planning & ProvisioningForecast rotable and repairable component requirements using flight hours, cycles, MTBUR, QPA, scheduled removals, and maintenance program inputsSize component floats and govern Min/Max levels by base, accounting for actual repair turnaround times, Beyond Economic Repair (BER) rates, and network connectivityLead initial provisioning for recent fleet types and new or seasonal bases, including review and customization of manufacturer Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPLs)Manage the phase-in and phase-out of inventory driven by modifications, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and fleet retirements, including disposition of obsolete or surplus componentsRequisition & Network ManagementManage the daily rotable requisition queue, routing demand to
