and infrastructure in remote and challenging environmentsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designersCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractorsContribute to proposal preparation and business development initiativesPrepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reportsOverview Of Certifications And Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset)Minimum 15 years of relevant structural engineering experienceSignificant experience leading projects in the mining, hydroelectric, and energy sectorsP. Eng. designation in British Columbia or eligibility for registrationProficiency in structural design software (e.G., SAP2000, STAAD. Pro, or equivalent)Familiarity with Canadian building codes and standards (NBCC, CSA S16, AISC)Strong understanding of site execution and construction-phase supportExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsExperience contributing to technical proposals and business development effortsAn Overview Of BBA’s Total Rewards Annual base salary between $118,200 and $144,470 (for British Columbia)Annual premium program for regular employeesOnsite mobility premiumTime
