This role is perfect for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in operational excellence.Core ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience.Provide exceptional customer service; answer questions, offerproduct knowledge, and assist with selections.Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in all financial processes.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.Assist with merchandising and promotional activities to keep displays fresh and engaging.Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and ensure accurate stock counts.Support e-commerce operations,



including order fulfillment and packaging.Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.Maintain a high level of cannabis product knowledge and stay informed about recent products and trends.Represent the brand professionally with a positive attitude and polished appearance.Perform other operational tasks as required to support the store's success.QualificationsRetail experience requiredIndustry experience is an assetSupervisory experience in a retail environment preferredAbility to delegate and take ownershipExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilitiesGreat time management and prioritization skillsMust be 19+Current & valid Provincial Cannabis CertificationAbility to provide a current Criminal Background CheckAvailability to work at two or more locationsFlexible availability, including closing shifts and weekendsWorking ConditionsAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods during shiftsComfortable lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds as neededFlexibility to work additional hours or overtime when requiredHours: Must be available between 6:15 AM – 12:30 AM, Monday to SundayJob Type: Part-time
