Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers and HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance

• Escort subcontractors during outsourced service operations
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineer Certification or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience
• Knowledge of WHMIS and safety legislation
• Proficient in CMMS and Building Automation Systems
• Excellent communication skills in a customer-facing role
