You will work closely with a highly experienced group, gaining real exposure to complex credit transactions while supporting some of the most interesting and fast-scaling companies in the market.Primary Duties:Managing a portfolio of technology banking clients.Owning the credit underwriting and due diligence process including the overall preparation of financial models, credit and documentation, and principal investment applications.Assisting the Director Capital Solutions and Relationship Manager with growing the portfolio by structuring competitive financing packages while maintaining a balanced view on risk mitigants and credit quality.Engaging in client meetings with Relationship Managers to understand due diligence and make recommendations to internal and external decision makers.Assessing credit risk in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements (e.G. financial controls, risk policies) to increase profitability and enable business growth.Recommending credit applications to Directors and Risk Management.Mentoring and assisting the Associates in monitoring and control activities of the portfolios, which include financial covenant tracking, internal
