eTeam Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Technician 1 to provide Level 1 support from Winnipeg, Manitoba. The contract position covers a 6-month term, with duties including answering phones and responding to emails, chat, and web inquiries for several accounts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in technical or customer support, plus experience with company products and operating systems. Candidates must be able to work Day, Evening, or Night shifts, including weekends.
