As a crucial part of our Montreal team, you will report to the Senior Manager and play a key role in enforcing credit policies and productivity standards. Your expertise will facilitate effective decision-making and support our credit risk strategy alongside senior management. You'll also be responsible for audits, team development, and enhancing operational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all credit policies and processes are followed
• Train team on policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs
• Conduct audits and oversee remediation
• Support documentation compliance in both languages
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in credit adjudication
• Experience in financial services and auto industry
• Knowledge of Equifax and TransUnion
• Proficiency in LOS software and Microsoft Office
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
