Team members are expected to regularly walk properties, pay attention to details, proactively address issues before they become problems, and always view each site from the client's perspective to ensure exceptional results.Available DivisionsMaintenanceResponsibilities may include:Planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching gardensLawn mowing using riding and push mowersLawn trimming and edgingLeaf, litter, and debris cleanupGeneral property maintenanceManual labour including digging, sodding, and handling landscape materials such as stone and concrete productsEnhancementsResponsibilities may include:Garden and landscape installationsPlanting trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and large-scale commercial plantingsPruning, mulching, soil amendments, grading, and soddingGarden renovations and plant removalsReading and interpreting landscape plans and designsSeasonal property cleanupsDesign-BuildResponsibilities may include:Construction of retaining walls, patios, walkways, and interlock projectsInstallation of water features, pools, fire pits, sod,
