Apex Systems is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Toronto to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues for enterprise clients. You will work with Jira Service Desk and cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven insights and reliable support across APIs, IoT, and white‑label services.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or 4+ years of experience, strong SQL knowledge, and experience with telemetry tools like DataDog, Recent Relic, or Dynatrace.
