PBAS is seeking a results-oriented leader with demonstrated leadership and management experience to shepherd our pension business into the next generation of plan administration and member experience. The successful candidate will set strategy, direct its execution, and proactively adjust course as necessary. This position reports to the Vice President.Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of 60+ pension administrators, analysts, and managers across Canada.Direct and support the pension systems and member, employer, and national services units, ensuring service level objectives are achieved or exceeded under tight time constraints.Collaborate regularly with the:Actuarial and finance teams, ensuring membership data is processed, organized, and presented in a timely manner in accordance with applicable requirements.Governance team, ensuring administration activities adhere to all policies and regulations.Information technology team, ensuring administration tools continue to meet the needs of administrators, trustees, and plan members.Play a central role in client-facing
