Our financial services client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (8+ years of experience) to support digital transformation initiatives using SAFe Agile, SDLC, and business systems analysis

Join a team supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives within the banking domain. This role focuses on business systems analysis, requirements management, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration across technology and business teams. The position offers exposure to payments and banking initiatives within a collaborative environment supporting long-term project work and networking opportunities.

Must Haves

- 8+ years in Business Analysis and Systems Analysis within corporate environments
- Strong experience with Secure Agile , policies, procedures, and market trends
- Proficiency with Jira , Confluence , process modeling, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques
- Demonstrated understanding of SDLC , UiPath , API,



and business systems integration
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience; post-secondary education is an asset

Nice to Have

- SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence platform experience
- CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma certification
- Github and Copilot experience

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements
- Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, and technical specificationsConduct analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into system specifications and support solution design activities
- Support testing efforts and implementation activities to align outcomes with requirements
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams on system-related initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of technology trends, applications, infrastructure, and business domains
