Pomerleau is seeking a Senior VDC Coordinator to drive project success through effective BIM implementation and coordination. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, developing BIM Execution Plans and identifying key BIM uses. Your role will involve leading multidisciplinary coordination in Revizto, tackling constructability challenges, and supporting digital project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans for project success • Define BIM uses aligned with project objectives and requirements • Facilitate governance of BIM standards and best practices • Lead coordination meetings and communicate responsibilities • Support MEP coordination and constructability reviews through the project lifecycle

Requirements: • Minimum five years of BIM project management experience • Degree or diploma in engineering or related field • Proficient in ISO 19650 and BEP development • Solid communication and leadership skills • Bilingual in English and French
