Blackline Civil Inc. is seeking an experienced Underground Foreman to lead field crews in Alberta, installing water, sanitary, and storm systems. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily site activities, coordinates crews and equipment, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in underground civil construction, a proven foreman track record, and solid skills in reading drawings, trenching, bedding, backfill, and compaction.
