This role is ideal for an energetic fitness and wellness professional who enjoys delivering exceptional employee wellness experiences, building workplace community, and managing day-to-day fitness centre operations in a dynamic corporate environment.What you'll do:Fitness Centre Operations & AdministrationOversee daily Fitness Centre operations and maintain a secure, welcoming environmentComplete facility walkthroughs, maintain supplies, and coordinate with building servicesSupport workplace inspections, safety audits, and emergency proceduresTrack attendance and promote participation in wellness programmingFitness & Wellness ProgrammingTeach one 60-minute fitness class each dayProvide equipment orientations and support safe use of the fitness roomCoordinate group fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, strength, and mindful movementFacilitate meditation sessions, stretch breaks, and wellness breaksSupport client wellness initiatives and internal wellness campaignsWhat you bring:Education & Certifications:Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Fitness, Health Promotion, Workplace Wellness,
