Armco Capital Inc. in Calgary is seeking a Building Operator to ensure secure, efficient operation of commercial properties within an assigned portfolio. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and coordinate contractors while adhering to Alberta health and safety codes.Applicant should have 3+ years in building operations, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and a valid driver's license. CMMS experience and on-call shifts are required.
