A university degree in Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A minimum of twenty (20) years of IM/IT experience. A minimum of fifteen (15) years as a Senior Programmer/Analyst. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated experience working with Provincial Health Care and Electronic Health Records applications in a Canadian context. 15 years + (plus) Demonstrated experience in developing, documenting, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions to meet the business requirements. 15 years + (plus) Demonstrated experience working with the Rhapsody Integration engines. 10 years + (plus) Demonstrated experience with Orion Health Platform. 9+ years Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server. 15 years + (plus) Demonstrated experience with JAVA, Java Script. 15 years + (plus) Demonstrated experience with EMPI (e.g. Initiate and Infosphere).
