As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Slalom, your role will encompass end-to-end configuration of the Avature ecosystem and other talent acquisition technologies. You'll engage with Tech Product Owners and leadership, transforming business needs into actionable requirements. Your responsibility also includes ensuring data quality and delivering vital analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure workflows, data models, and permissions on Avature
• Lead stakeholder discussions to assess current processes
• Translate needs into user stories and process flows




• Integrate with Workday and ServiceNow ensuring data accuracy
• Create governance standards and manage change controls
Requirements:
• 5+ years in talent acquisition platform management
• 3+ years with Avature or similar ATS/CRM
