CapWest is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support excavation work on Vancouver projects, including Tsawwassen, South Cambie, or Pitt Meadows. The role requires operating excavators, bulldozers, and compactors, with a focus on safety and efficiency in agile construction environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in civil construction, a valid BC driver’s license, and the ability to differentiate soil types.
