CarePartners in Woodstock is seeking a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to provide wound and ostomy consultation in the clinic and community. You will support a broad range of clients with diverse wound etiologies and modalities.

You will lead the interdisciplinary team, promote self-management, and contribute to evidence-based practice. The role offers full time hours, orientation, and ongoing clinical support, with competitive compensation and benefits.
