Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate installation and lifecycle management of IT assets
• Provide escalated support for hardware and software issues
• Maintain technology inventories and manage supplies




• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and tech orientation
• Monitor cybersecurity activities and incident responses
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
