They play a key role in executing AI initiatives, in collaboration with business units, IT team members and external partners, in order to deliver high-performing,



secure solutions aligned with operational needs. The AI Specialist also ensures continuous technology monitoring and supports the adoption and improvement of AI tools within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of AI solutions aligned with the company’s technology roadmap; Collaborate with business units to understand needs, propose suitable AI solutions and contribute to their concrete implementation; Conduct analyses, prototypes, proofs of concept and AI experiments to validate the relevance of proposed solutions; Assess, compare and recommend AI tools, platforms and technologies while considering risks, costs and operational impacts; Monitor and support the use of AI solutions to ensure their performance, compliance and evolution; Deploy and maintain usage controls for AI solutions, in collaboration with the relevant teams; Guide and support internal teams in the adoption and effective use of AI tools; Ensure continuous technology monitoring to keep knowledge up to date and propose relevant improvements or innovations; Ensure that AI technologies comply with la Vie en Rose’s standards and procedures regarding confidentiality, ethics, cybersecurity and data protection.Your profileExpertise in AI and emerging technologies: You are proficient in the main generative AI and automation tools (MS Copilot, MS Power Platform, Claude, Chat GPT, etc.)
