In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager of Financial Accounting and play a critical role in day-to-day accounting functions. You will manage vendor profiles in SAP, reconcile statements, and ensure timely approvals for payments. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage new vendor profiles
• Verify and process invoices in SAP accurately
• Ensure invoices align with purchase orders
• Facilitate the AP approval process through RAMP
• Analyze Accounts Payable aging reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication
• SAP ERP expertise is highly preferred
