As a full time Reliability and Maintenance Engineering Lead, you will develop processes and tools essential for maintaining our deployment of humanoid robots and other industrial systems. Your experience in maintenance engineering will drive your success as you create a robust internal team and manage external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal fleet operation and long-term reliability.

Key Responsibilities: • Build an effective RME team including internal and contractor services • Define RME strategy, service tiers, and operational models • Develop maintenance documentation, schedules,



and safety procedures • Produce training to equip customer RME teams for success • Manage fleet monitoring and performance metrics

Requirements: • Engineering degree or substantial industry experience • 5+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering • Proven track record in scaling maintenance functions • Experience with contractor management and field service teams • Strong understanding of reliability metrics and documentation
