Our client, a well-established leader in the engineering, construction, and industrial services sector, is seeking a Labour Relations Specialist to join their growing team in Edmonton, AB.This newly created role is ideal for an experienced Labour Relations professional with hands-on CLAC experience and a robust construction background who enjoys working closely with project teams, supervisors, and employees. The role is primarily based in Edmonton with travel to project sites across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan as required.Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120 K-$140 K Base Salary, with flexibility for the right candidatePermanent, full-time opportunityMonday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM in-officeFriday: 7:30 AM-12:30 PM, working remotely3-4 weeks’ vacation, based on experienceComprehensive flexible benefits packageHealth Spending
