As a Motivator at GoodLife Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for members and potential members. Your responsibilities include checking in members, handling incoming calls, and assisting with questions on fitness equipment. This role requires a strong customer focus and in-depth knowledge of club services, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and book appointments swiftly
• Assist members on the fitness floor with inquiries
• Sell memberships and provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions
• Maintain club cleanliness and complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the fitness industry essential
