OverviewHighfield Construction is looking for a Bridge Construction Foreman/Woman to coordinate and supervise our team of crew members. The successful candidate will be responsible for training new workers and will work closely with management and sub-contractors to coordinate work. They will also create and maintain construction schedules; manage staff; ensure construction equipment is properly maintained; and keep projects on schedule.
