It handles sensitive financial and identity data, so security, auditability, and operational reliability are core requirements, not an afterthought.We've prepared a detailed technical requirements document. Qualified candidates or teams will receive it before preparing a final estimate.What you'll be responsible for Review the supplied requirements and validate the proposed architecture and scopeDesign a stable data model for transactions, parties, accounts, and report contextDesign and document a public REST APIBuild validation and transformation logic against external structured schemasReturn transparent, field level errors and remediation guidanceImplement authentication, idempotency, durable job processing, and reconciliation, so network failures never create duplicate filingsPreserve submission history, acknowledgements,
