Anthem Properties Group in Trail, BC seeks a part time janitor for Waneta Plaza to keep the building clean and presentable inside and out. The position offers up to 32 hours per week and is contingent on the return of the current incumbent on leave.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, restrooms, snow removal in winter and basic landscaping in summer, plus responding to tenant and customer requests.
