This role involves governing capacity standards, maintaining system integrity, controlling operational risks, and ensuring capacity data accuracy and compliance with established operational and financial standards. Operational planning focuses on Store capacity needs, with the manager developing processes, standards, and tools to optimize capacity utilization and resource efficiency.



The manager collaborates with stakeholders to drive program expansion and scalability, ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability. This position also supports the development of capacity optimization initiatives by leveraging industry best practices. The manager oversees the governance and administration of Captimus, including capacity configuration, data validation, issue resolution, and process improvements and reports on program performance to senior leadership, identifying metrics and addressing blockers.
