The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.Typical Day in roleSupport high-volume hiring by addressing backlog driven by increased demand and hiring model changesSource qualified candidates across key markets using LinkedIn and other sourcing platformsConduct pre-screening assessments and advance suitable candidates to business line interviewsPartner with recruiters who manage hiring manager relationships to align on candidate needsCollaborate with hiring managers on candidate shortlists and hiring decisionsManage and track candidate pipelines with robust organization and attention to detailCoordinate interview logistics and support overall interview process executionAssist in offer management in collaboration with assigned recruitersMaintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experienceParticipate in regular check-ins with leadership to review hiring volumes, progress, and prioritiesMust-Have Skills3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with proven experience managing high-volume hiring and building candidate pipelines across multiple locations.Rural and hard-to-fill talent sourcing experience – Experienced in using multiple sourcing channels, passive outreach, referrals, relocation strategies and community partnerships to reach difficult talent markets. Hands-on experience sourcing and pre-screening candidates using typical sourcing tools (e.G. LinkedIn, Indeed)Experience using an ATS (e.G. SAP SuccessFactors)Proficiency with MS suite:



Excel (tracking capabilities, summarize data), MS Teams, OutlookIndependent portfolio management experience, including experience working as the sole recruiter supporting multiple regions.Nice-To-Have SkillsExperience with recruiting for client-facing retail banking roles or adjacent FI industries (insurance, investment)Experience with in-person recruitment engagements (e.G. at a conference)Bilingual in FrenchSoft Skills RequiredOrganization and time management, with demonstrated ability to balance high-volume hiring and multiple stakeholder priorities.Stakeholder management & relationship building – Strong ability to influence hiring managers, manage expectations and reinforce recruitment processes diplomatically.Strong recruitment process and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and introduce practical solutions.Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining candidate engagement.Collaboration and teamwork, while also being comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recruitment activities.EducationDegree in relevant fieldFP Inc. is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel like they belong.
