Summary

Seasonal order fulfillment associates prepare and ship holiday customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role supports a high-volume seasonal operation and works with in-store teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Pick, prepare, pack, and ship customer orders, prioritizing them to meet deadlines.
- Check item quality and order accuracy before shipment, and update orders in management systems.
- Receive and process customer returns, and keep orders organized and secure for delivery.
- Maintain packaging supplies and collaborate with store teams.

Requirements

- High school diploma.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfort using computers and order management systems; service-oriented and collaborative.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting and work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability for the seasonal period, potentially from November 2026 through January 2027.
