AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in Montreal to provide strategic legal advice in a hybrid work model. This role focuses on complex commercial contracts and risk management.

As a member of the Canada Legal Affairs team, you will report directly to the Regional General Counsel. You will provide practical legal advice on a broad range of issues, overseeing complex contract negotiations while effectively managing legal and reputational risks. This position requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic legal counsel on contracts and legal matters • Review, draft,



and negotiate complex commercial agreements • Lead contract negotiations from opportunity to execution • Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks • Communicate legal complexities into practical business solutions

Requirements: • Member of the Quebec Bar • 7+ years of legal experience in law firms or in-house • Extensive contract negotiation experience • Solid analytical and communication skills • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
